Allen Robinson Attempts His Own Woj Bomb By Reporting Andre Drummond News

After signing Blake Griffin, the Nets are still active on the trade market. At least according to Bears free-agent wide receiver Allen Robinson, that is. Allen Robinson did his very best Woj bomb impression on Twitter by reporting some alleged news on Cleveland Cavaliers big man Andre Drummond. “Per sources, Andre Drummond will be signing with the nets. They get some reinforcement on the defensive end and the glass. Look for them to still be active around the trade deadline lol”, Robinson Tweeted. While it is clearly a joke, the people of Twitter fired back at Allen Robinson, who is, himself, a free agent.

It’s unclear who Allen Robinson’s sources are, but let’s just say that Woj’s job isn’t in jeopardy. At least for now. Despite Allen Robinson making what seems to be a clear-cut joke, Andre Drummond is one of the most intriguing players ahead of the March 25th trade deadline. Drummond averaged 17.5 points, 13.5 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks through 25 games with the Cleveland Cavaliers this season. However, it has been nearly a month since he took the floor as the Cavs agreed he would not play until he was traded or bought out.

Meanwhile, as the people of Twitter were not shy to call out, Allen Robinson is a free agent for the Chicago Bears. He faces his own dilemma, similar to Andre Drummond, as contract talks have not seemed to progress this offseason. Both Andre Drummond and Allen Robinson are expected to draw a ton of interest around their respective leagues if their teams ultimately allow them to walk. The upcoming weeks will be very interesting for both players as they seek to find their new homes for the long-term.
