Tom Brady’s Dad ‘Started Salivating’ When He Saw The Patriots On The Schedule

I think it’s safe to say that Tom Brady and his family have one game circled on their calendar for next season.

The NFL schedules was released yesterday, and the Buccaneers will be traveling the Foxboro to take on Bill Belichick and the Patriots in Week 4. This will be the first time Brady will play in New England since joining Tampa.

While Tom Brady has remained mum on what is sure to be an emotional return to New England, his dad will speak for him (at least for now). In a hilarious move, Tom Brady Sr. called into a Boston sports talk show and started talking up the matchup.

“I started salivating when I saw that we’re playing the Patriots in the fourth game of the season; and we’re coming up here to make our record 4-0.”

Tom Brady’s dad sure sounds confident in his son’s teams’ chance to steamroll the competition yet again next season, and why wouldn’t he be?

The Bucs now have a year of continuity under their belts, and have brought back all the key pieces that made them Super Bowl Champions last year.

It should be a fun matchup in Foxboro come Week 4, and I’d expect Tom Brady to get his revenge.
