Stan Van Gundy Calls Out Joe Rogan For Saying ‘Straight White Men’ Are Being Silenced

UFC commentator and popular podcast host Joe Rogan has made a lot of money being a guy who isn’t afraid to share his beliefs. Rogan is often known for his hot takes that make some people angry, and today he had another.

While speaking on the ‘cancel culture’ and woke-ness going on in the world today, Joe Rogan said that he thinks ‘straight white men’ are being silenced.

“You can never be woke enough, that’s the problem,” Rogan said on his podcast.

“It keeps going. It keeps going further and further and further down the line, and if you get to the point where you capitulate, where you agree to all these demands, it’ll eventually get to straight white men are not allowed to talk.”

After the controversial comments, Stan Van Gundy joined the waves of Twitter users who mocked Rogan for his comments.

“Of all the problems facing our country now the silencing of straight white men might be the biggest. Everyone else is more privileged than we are. I’m glad we’ve got this guy to fight for all of us poor victims,” Van Gundy said on Twitter.

Joe Rogan has made a lot of enemies over his career, and it appears that you can add Stan Van Gundy to that list.

The Pelicans coach is known for speaking out on injustice and fighting with the current movement for equality for everybody. It shouldn’t be a surprise that he spoke out against Rogan’s foolish comment.

I expect Stan Van Gundy and Joe Rogan to continue to use their respective platforms to share their thoughts on politics, current events, and everything in-between.
