More Disturbing Emails Have Been Discovered From Jon Gruden’s Account

Jon Gruden appears to be in some big trouble.

On Friday, a 2011 email was discovered from Gruden’s account where he used a “racist trobe” to describe NFLPA executive director DeMaurice Smith.

Jon Gruden responded to the email by apologizing and saying multiple times that he is not racist. But unfortunately for the longtime coach, more emails have surfaced.

According to multiple reports, Gruden made some disparaging comments about NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, as well as using some more disturbing language.

The league is currently waiting for the Raiders to respond to the latest news before they proceed with any punishment.

Here’s what the New York Times reported about the newfound emails from Jon Gruden’s account:

“League officials as part of a separate workplace misconduct investigation that did not directly involve him have found that Gruden, now the coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, casually and frequently unleashed misogynistic and homophobic language over several years to denigrate people around the game and to mock some of the league’s momentous changes.

He denounced the emergence of women as referees, the drafting of a gay player and the tolerance of players protesting during the playing of the national anthem, according to emails reviewed by The New York Times.”

The Raiders sent out an initial statement on Jon Gruden’s email about DeMaurice Smith. But after some more have surfaced, it appears that some action is going to have to be made in the near future.
