Lions Coach Dan Campbell Cuts A Wrestling Promo To Hype Fans At Ford Field

The Detroit Lions are looking to change their team culture this year and the man in charge is Head Coach Dan Campbell.

If you have not seen any of his press conference interviews, now would be a good time to see what he is all about.

Lions coach Dan Campbell pretty much cut a WWE promo to Lions fans who were gathered at Ford Field to watch the team practice on Saturday.

The Lions made a massive move this off-season trading long-time QB Matthew Stafford to the Los Angeles Rams for Jared Goff, two first round picks, and a third round pick. While this clearly didn’t sit well with some Lions fans, many saw it as a must-make move for a team coming off a 5-11 season with an aging QB.

Campbell was also hired in the off-season, which has lead to ample viral videos including this one where he lobbies for the team to buy him a pet lion.

The Detroit Lions will open their pre-season Friday, August 13th, in Detroit against the newly extended Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills.

Only time will tell if the Lions are truly hungrier on the field than they have been in years past.
