Things have been bad for Doug Pederson in 2020, very bad. Pederson’s Philadelphia Eagles currently sit at 3-6-1 on the NFL season, but a win tonight would move them into first place in the lowly NFC East. The problem? They have to beat Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks to get there.
After one half of football, the Eagles are down 14-6, and Doug Pederson’s play calling has been called out by many on social media. The most suspect decision Pederson has made thus far was to bring in Jalen Hurts to spell Carson Wentz for a couple plays, only to turn right back to the struggling Wentz.
Needless to say, Pederson has completely lost the Eagles fanbase.
Bench Doug Pederson.

Totally convinced that Doug Pederson has NO idea what he’s doing.

HOW TO OFFENSE: STARTING DOUG PEDERSON
– Have no offensive line
– Force long-developing plays
– Carson Wentz gets killed
– Cave to fan pressure
– Put in Jalen Hurts
– Have him throw one pass
– Bring Wentz back in
– Long-developing play
– Unsurprisingly sacked— UrinatingSeethe (@UrinatingTree) December 1, 2020
it seems pretty clear to me that doug pederson thinks every play he can make will get him fired. and as someone who's never been that high on jalen hurts, i think he's right.

Yeah, it’s safe to say Philadelphia Eagles fans would like to see Doug Pederson get shown the door. It just goes to show, the NFL is a league where it’s all about “what have you done lately?”, especially in Philadelphia. Those fans are not going to be patient.
I actually think Pederson has no choice but to stick with the struggling Wentz. He may be having a god awful year, but he’s the guy the team invested $100 million into. I highly doubt Jalen Hurts will be the savior for the Eagles offense, either.
We’ll see what ends up happening, I would be surprised to see Doug Pederson get fired during this NFL season. However, if it was up to Philly fans, he would be gone by the end of the night.
