Davante Adams Initially Denied Odell Beckham Jr. Jersey Swap in the Coldest Way Possible

Odell Beckham Jr. loves swapping jerseys with opposing star players. Over the years he’s amassed quite the collection. As a matter of fact, the walls of his house are decorated with jersey mementos that he’s collected from all his favorite players.

OBJ was hoping that on Sunday he would be able to add to his collection when he messaged Green Bay Packers star receiver Davante Adams. Hoping to snag Adams’ #17 Packers jersey, OBJ made the request a few days before they met on the field.

Unfortunately, Adams had a bone to pick with Beckham Jr. still, and promptly denied the request.

Now that’s cold.

Reports that the Packers were literally offering a minimum contract is probably why OBJ didn’t end up a in a Packers uniform.

Adams decided OBJ could have his jersey. He sent it to the Rams’ locker room, but made sure to attach one condition.

This comment is in reference to the immediate aftermath of a Wild Card Weekend game between the Giants and Packers.

Hopefully we see these two teams matchup in the playoffs..
