Chad Johnson has sent Twitter into a frenzy once again. This time, though, it’s not for anything he said or did. The ex-star receiver took to social media to declare “Howard The Duck” as one of his all time favorite movies.
I bet y’all can’t name this movie, one of my favorites❓ pic.twitter.com/jzsqk02J3X

I know Chad Johnson probably has a lot more time on his hands after his playing days, but how high does he have to be on a Tuesday morning to be enjoying “Howard The Duck” on Showcase?

As expected, Johnson got plenty of shade for his movie choice.
I don't care what anyone says, Howard the Duck is a great film if you saw it between the ages of 3 and 11. Which is ironic as it's full of stuff that was clearly aimed at adults. pic.twitter.com/Da3P3hE9Iu

I think someone needs to go check on Chad Johnson.
This would be my tweet to let the world know I was being held hostage. https://t.co/Xv5Ed4Wok3

Surprisingly, people actually came to Johnson’s aid here. Not only that, but it has been re-discovered that Howard the Duck made a cameo in Marvel’s Endgame.
WAIT WAIT WAIT??? HOWARD THE DUCK WAS IN THE ENDGAME FINAL BATTLE SCENE???!!! pic.twitter.com/0dI4b14gZU

I’ll be honest here, I have never seen Howard the Duck. I’ve never even heard of it. I’m also fairly confident that I will never watch it at any point during my lifetime. With that being said, I’m all for dumb movies. I’m also all for Chad Johnson spending his time however he damn well pleases. Here’s what Rotten Tomatoes had to say about Howard the Duck.
“In this film based on the comic book character, Howard the Duck is suddenly beamed from Duckworld, a planet of intelligent ducks with arms and legs, to Earth, where he lands in Cleveland. There he saves rocker Beverly (Lea Thompson) from thugs and forms a friendship with her. She introduces him to Phil (Tim Robbins), who works at a lab with scientist Dr. Jenning (Jeffrey Jones). When the doctor attempts to return Howard to his world, Jenning instead transfers an evil spirit into his own body.”
Yeah, you lost me at Cleveland. Keep doing you though, Chad.
