Rumor of Buffalo Bills Moving to Austin, Texas Hits the Net

The Buffalo Bills may be heading West, as it appears they have been threatening New York state with a move to Austin, Texas. It’s all dependent on their demands for a new stadium. The Bills would like a new one, while the state is not currently playing ball with their demands.

We’ll just have to wait and see what happens, but I wouldn’t count on the Bills moving to Austin anytime soon.

Austin City Council members I’ve spoken with today tell me this is the first they’ve heard about the Buffalo Bills considering moving to Austin.

Austin FC, conversely, engaged council members early on before coming here.
