Bryson DeChambeau Talkes About His Beef With Brooks Koepka

Bryson DeChambeau has had a phenomenal year on the PGA Tour. He won the U.S Open, is now ranked sixth in the world, and is considered the favorite to win the Masters at Augusta National next month.

With all of his accolades, he still can’t keep Brooks Koepka out of his head. Koepka’s beef with DeChambeau started over a year ago, when Brooks was. critical of how long it took DeChambeau to play a round. At the time, DeChambeau responded to Koepka by saying he should talk to him “face to face”.

It’s no secret these two top golfers just don’t like each other very much. DeChambeau talked about their feud with Sports Illustrated.

“There are times where it’s like, ‘O.K., dude, it’s too far,’” DeChambeau said. “I’ve gone up to him a couple of times and tried to talk to him. And there have been times where, you know, I was gonna go talk to him when he said something, and I’m just like, ‘You know, it’s not even worth it. It’s not even worth my time to try and create something.’ ”

Koepka most recently trolled DeChambeau for his weight gain. DeChambeau notoriously came out of quarantine about 100 pounds heavier. He is all the sudden hitting bombs that he never used to hit. Here was Koepka’s take.

Maybe Brooks Koepka thinks DeChambeau got some help from PEDs? Needless to say, these guys aren’t going to be buddies any time soon. While DeChambeau has been playing his best golf recently, Koepka has been dealing with some nagging injuries. Hopefully he gets back to form soon.

It”ll be fun to see the rivalry between Koepka and DeChambeau continue to evolve for many years to come.
