Aaron Rodgers Reportedly Trying to Bring Over Two WRs to Join Him Next Season

Aaron Rodgers wants some help wherever he ends up.

The Green Bay Packers QB very well could end up on another team next season. Now it appears Rodgers wants to being some friends along for the ride, he reportedly wants a couple of Packers wide receivers to join him.

According to the report, Rodgers has told people close to him that he wants Davante Adams and Marquez Valdes-Scantling to join him on his next team.

Via Pro Football Network:

“It’s tough to get a feel as to what Rodgers wants to do at this point. I can tell you wherever he ends up, Rodgers has told people in confidence he wants receivers Davante Adams and Marquez Valdes-Scantling by his side. When asked about his future, Rodgers left the door open on all scenarios.

“Everything is definitely on the table,” Rodgers said Tuesday on The Pat McAfee Show. “There are things that seem more plausible or more likely, which I won’t necessarily get into. The most important thing is, first, the commitment to playing and to go into the offseason and training and all that’s stuff. And then after that, it’s conversations with my agent and (Packers general manager) Brian (Gutekunst) and then looking at the desires of the team and kind of the mindset moving forward, and then make a decision from there.”

Rodgers knows wherever he does end up, there will be no receiver like Davante Adams there to help him.

Without Adams, Rodgers wouldn’t look quite as good. The same thing can be said for Adams without Rodgers.

Any team that acquires Rodgers and Adams will get a major upgrade on  the offensive side of things..

We’ll see how this works out.
