People Call BS on Stephen A. Smith’s Donald Trump Claims

Oh Stephen A.

Colin Kaepernick’s workout with the Las Vegas Raiders on Wednesday has brought up a lot of old stuff. The workout went well according to sources, but who knows where we go from here.

Stephen A. Smith of course had to weigh in on the latest Kaepernick story. According to Stephen A., Donald Trump was so up in arms over the  kneeling  anthem controversy  because the NFL owners screwed him when he was trying to acquire the Buffalo Bills.

Stephen A. claims Trump called him back in 2014, and said that if the other owners screwed him he would get them back by running for President.

“In 2014, Donald Trump wanted to purchase the Buffalo Bills. This was before he ever decided to run for President. Donald Trump called yours truly, that would be me, and he said that he wanted to purchase the Buffalo Bills. And I’ll never forget what he said to me. He said, ‘If those owners screw me over, I’m going to show them. I’m going to get them all back. I’m going to run for President of the United States.'”

Twitter quickly called BS on Stephen A. Smith’s story:

Stephen A. Smith is quite the story teller, and of course he held onto that story for 8 years without telling a soul. Definitely doesn’t pass the smell test.

Sorry Stephen, Twitter has spoken.
