Deshaun Watson Reportedly Has To Answer One Uncomfortable Question Before Putting Legal Issues Behind Him

It appears as though Deshaun Watson won’t be facing any more criminal charges for the alleged sexual assault of over 20 massage therapists.

Recently, a second jury in Texas ruled that they would not be hearing a case involving the allegations against Watson.

However, the NFL has maintained that they are not yet complete with their own, separate investigation into Deshaun Watson.

Even though Deshaun Watson’s legal issues are probably behind him, the matter is far from close. And according to a report, the QB is going to have to answer one question.

Per USA Today’s Brent Schrotenboer:

“As part of the pretrial discovery process in those lawsuits, their attorneys have sought to have Watson answer written “requests for admission” about whether he had sex with the 18 therapists who publicly supported him after the lawsuits against him started in March 2021.”

Deshaun Watson was asked during his deposition if he found any of the massage therapists attractive, and gave an answer deflecting the topic.

“I can’t answer that,” Watson said. “I have a girlfriend, so that wasn’t my intention.”

Even though Deshaun Watson inked a massive contract with the Cleveland Browns this offseason, he’ll still be viewed completely different from fans everywhere after these troubling allegations… fair or not.
