Broncos Release Statement Following The Domestic Violence, Tampering Arrest Of Receiver Jerry Jeudy

The Denver Broncos got some bad news regarding young receiver Jerry Jeudy on Thursday.

According to NFL insider Adam Schefter, Jeudy had been arrested on Wednesday on a criminal tampering, domestic violence charge. He is currently being held without bond.

Shortly after the news dropped, the Broncos released a statement on the Jerry Jeudy situation.

“We are aware of the matter involving Jerry Jeudy and are in the process of gathering more information,” the statement read.

Jerry Jeudy was preparing to enter the third year of his career. And had been listed as a potential breakout candidate by many considering he was now going to have Russell Wilson as his QB instead of Drew Lock.

In 2021, Jeudy only played 10 games due to injury. He caught 38 passes for 467 yards and no touchdowns.

We’ll continue to monitor the troubling Jerry Jeudy Situation.
