Russell Westbrook Sends Warning To Skip Bayless Over ‘Westbrick’ Nickname

Russell Westbrook has made it clear that he does not want to be called by the damning nickname, “Westbrick”.

During the Lakers’ tumultuous season, Westbrook confronted a fan who tried calling him by the name, forcing him to correct himself to call Russ by his actual last name.

However, everyones least favorite talking head, Skip Bayless, has really clung to the ‘Westbrick’ nickname. And after the Lakers’ questionable draft pick, Skip made sure to have some words about Russell Westbrook and Lebron James.

Even if Skip Bayless is being the disrespectful irritant he is, Russell Westbrook is definitely playing into his hand here.

At the end of the day, Westbrook showing that he’s not only seeing Skip’s comments, but also bothered by it, will only help the FS1 host gain traction and popularity on the web.

Russell Westbrook has many doubters right now, and it’s safe to say Skip Bayless is just rooting for him to fail at this point.
