Charles Barkley to Participate in Next LIV Golf Event

Charles Barkley is LIV’ing his best life.

Charles Barkley is seriously considering joining the LIV Golf tour as a broadcaster. After meeting with tour CEO Greg Norman on Wednesday, Barkley confirmed he would play in the next LIV event, according to the New York Post.

“Charles Barkley will participate in their event next week at the Trump National in Bedminster, New Jersey.

“I’m going to play in the Pro-Am,” Barkley told The Post.

Barkley and Norman had dinner Wednesday night in Atlanta, where the two discussed Barkley joining LIV Golf as a broadcaster. Norman is going to next prepare Barkley an offer.

The popular NBA analyst is under contract to Turner for three years and $30 million, according to sources.”

Barkley playing in the pro-am does not necessarily mean he will join the tour as a broadcaster, but it definitely means he has no issues with being associated with the league.

Barkley reportedly has a three-year, $30 million contract with TNT as an NBA analyst, according to the Post. LIV Golf could probably crush that offer if they want him badly enough.

Sir Charles never wanted to be a role model, so is it really all the surprising?
