Are Juan Soto’s days as a Washington National coming to an end?
After it was revealed that the Nationals were taking calls on their most valuable young star, it has been reported that three potential suitors have emerged: the Cardinals, Dodgers, and Padres.
So, Nationals fans have been understandably emotional these past few days with the Trade Deadline looming tomorrow. And during his last at-bat against the Mets tonight, Juan Soto was given a standing ovation by fans after drawing a walk.

Earlier in the game, Juan Soto got the crowd on its feet after taking Max Scherzer way deep to center field.

Juan Soto is still just 23 years old, and would give any potential team a middle of the bat presence for the next ten years.
Earlier in the season, the Nationals were looking to get Soto to sign a long contract extension, but after those talks fell through, the door appears to be open for a trade.
It would likely take a haul bigger than we’ve ever seen before. But for Juan Soto, it’s probably worth it.
We’ll remain clinged to social media for any updates.
