Jon Rahm Shares Hilarious Stories About Asking Tiger Woods For Advice

Jon Rahm is going into Masters week as the betting favorite. But even so, he knows this weekend is going to be all about Tiger Woods — who appears to be on track to make his return.

Rahm has grown familiar with Tiger since joining the tour, but it appears as though he’s done trying to seek out advice from the GOAT.

When speaking during Masters media availability on Tuesday, Jon Rahm revealed that the only one who gets advice from Tiger Woods on tour is Justin Thomas. And every time he would try to ask something, Tiger has given very little.

“I think there’s only one man in this field that gets advice from Tiger, because I’ve asked and I’ve gotten nothing,” Rahm said when asked about getting advice from Woods. “You might as well go ask Justin Thomas.”

Jon Rahm is right that Tiger Woods has taken Justin Thomas under his wing more than any other player on tour. Since becoming one of the top players in the world, Thomas has grown close to Woods and his family.

Thomas even acknowledged that he’s gotten some awesome advice from Woods over the years, but he doesn’t want Rahm and the other competitors to know what it is.

“I’m not going to tell you the advice that’s been most valuable to me,” Thomas said Tuesday, “because frankly I don’t want other competitors to know.”

It sure sounds like Jon Rahm is pretty jealous that Justin Thomas has Tiger Woods in his corner. But in his defense, I would be too.
