Lions Reportedly Ready to Move on From Matthew Stafford

Could Matthew Stafford days in Detroit be numbered? The Lion quarterback Matthew Stafford suffered a rib injury at the end of this past weekends against the Green Bay Packers. The Lions lost another one, and after all these years with Stafford under center, rumor has it they are finally ready to move on.

According to a recent report, Stafford is dealing with an “unbelievable amount of pain,” and there is a possibility backup Chase Daniel could start in Week 15 against the Tennessee Titans.

Stafford is a guy who needs a serious change of scenery.  He’s an above average QB that hasn’t had much around him for a long time.

It wouldn’t be a bad thing if Stafford got a fresh start somewhere else.
