Tom Brady’s April Fools’ Prank Misses the Mark

NFL All Time legend Tom Brady is usually pretty good at Social Media, but his aim on this one just wasn’t it. Today being April 1st, and also MLB’s opening day, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady celebrated it with an “announcement.” He’s the first player/coach/owner in MLB history and is bringing the Montreal Expos back beginning in 2022.

Brady was actually drafted by the Expos in the 1995 MLB draft.

For  fans of the Expos, this tweet had to really sting.  The Montreal franchise moved to become the Washington Nationals in 2005, and Quebec has been longing for their team ever since.
