The Las Vegas Raiders Have Been Fined And Will Lose a Draft Pick For Continuously Violating COVID Protocol

The Las Vegas Raiders need to figure it out. According to Yahoo NFL reporter Charles Robinson, the Raiders have been fined $500,000. Additionally, Jon Gruden has been fined $150,000, and the Raiders will lose their 2021 sixth round draft pick for repeatedly violating COVID protocol.

The NFL was bound to start cracking down harder if teams continue to neglect the protocols in place. This isn’t the first time the Raiders have been warned, either. Jon Gruden has been fined before for improperly wearing his mask.

After the Tennessee Titans breached protocol and held a secret practice while their team had an outbreak, Roger Goodell hasn’t been shy about condemning any team that doesn’t obey the COVID rules. Maybe the Raiders will finally learn their lesson.
