Social Media Reacts To Thor Bjornsson Knocking Down Eddie Hall In Boxing Match

Thor Bjornsson is known as the man who played the Mountain on Game of Thrones and the Icelandic Strongman.

Recently, Thor Bjornsson has taken up boxing. The former Icelandic Strongman is now looking ripped and can throw some serious heat as was displayed Saturday evening.

Thor is not a professional by any means and while he did walk away with a 6 round decision victory, there is still plenty of improvement that would need to be done if he wanted to seriously pursue boxing as a career.

Social media had their own opinions on the fight.

Originally I wanted Hall to win but the way he behaved and things he said in the buildup soon changed my mind. Well done Thor great performance, patience was the key. I will say fair play to Hall for getting up after those shots though. Two tough men 💪🥊👏

He had better technique than Eddie but still got rocked twice and looked like a beginner boxer.

While it’s a mixed bag of results, I can’t say I would ever want to get in the ring with either of those men.
