Bears Owner George McCaskey Disses Former Player Olin Kreutz During Presser

After firing general manager Ryan Pace and head coach Matt Nagy, Chicago Bears chairman George McCaskey took the podium on Monday to talk about the current direction of his franchise. He also spoke on a recent story involving former center Olin Kreutz.

According to Kreutz, the Bears once offered him minimum wage to come in as an offensive line consultant a few years back.

During his comments on Monday, George McCaskey claimed that he takes everything Olin Kreutz says with a “grain of salt”.

Olin Kreutz would later respond to George McCaskey calling him a liar during a live press conference.

“If that man would’ve said that to my face, we would’ve had a problem,” he said.

Olin would also double-down on his $15/hr story.

It sounds like there will be no love lost between George McCaskey and Olin Kreutz in the future.
