Sixers President Daryl Morey Takes a Shot at Trump Following Unexpected Loss to Blazers

Daryl Morey lights up Trump following a tough loss. The Trail Blazers played the Philadelphia 76ers shorthanded last night. They didn’t look like a team who was going to beat the best team in the Eastern Conference. Nearly the entire normal starting line was out, but one person wasn’t buying them being underdogs.

Sixers beat reporter Keith Pompey tweeted out the Blazers injury list prior to the game with the hashtag “#NotTheTestFolksEnvisionedFlow.” Morey responded with a simple “I am not fooled” but the included link is what really told the story.

He was right, the shorthanded Blazers beat the Sixers 121-105.

Today Morey had a gem of a tweet, see below:

Clearly a dig at Trump.

The Four Seasons total landscaping was where Trump held a press conference. The unexpected site of the press conference, a local landscaping business located near a sex shop and a crematorium, led to speculation that the Trump campaign meant to book the upscale Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia.

Could be the Tweet of the year.

Nice work Morey.
