A Russian porn star, Miha Nika, promised Russian Grand Master Chess player Yan Nepomnyashchy a night with her if he won the 2021 Chess Championship.

Yan Nepomnyashchy is the top ranked Russian chess player, but unfortunately could not pull it together as he lost 7.5-3.5 to Magnus Carlson for the championship.
Carlson won around $1,350,000 USD for his win, while Nepomnyashchy took home just over $900,000 USD.
Nepomnyashchy admitted that he made several blunders during the matches.
Unfortunately for him, his blunders also cost him a night with the porn star.
