Umpire Angel Hernandez Is Trending After His Racial Discrimination Lawsuit Against The MLB Was Dismissed

MLB umpire Angel Hernandez is known for making some god awful calls on the baseball diamond. So when he sued the MLB, alleging he was a victim of racial discrimination, it turned some heads.

While Hernandez claims Joe Torre and Major League Baseball have been holding him back from bigger assignments because of his Cuban descent, fans would probably agree that it’s best that he sticks with what he has going on now.

Angel Hernandez filed his suit in 2017, and today, a U.S. District Judge dismissed the case.

Angel Hernandez is said to be planning to appeal the judge’s decision, but I doubt he’ll have much success. Maybe it’s time for Angel to focus on getting better at his job instead of pointing the finger at other people.
