Mark Melancon Catches An Ozzie Albies Home Run For The Second Straight Night

This has to be the most insane thing I’ve seen in a very long time. First, let’s start with last night. Mark Melancon was warming up in the bullpen when Ozzie Albies came up to the plate and hit a home run. Melancon was in the right place at the right time, and he made the play.

Ok, pretty crazy. But how about back to back nights? With the same guy at the plate. Are you kidding me?

I mean, what are the odds. Melancon makes a hell of a play on this one. The second night Mark Melancon catches an Ozzie Albies home run really makes you think that the Braves could be a team of destiny. It’s just something that doesn’t happen.

People are rightfully losing their minds.

With the Falcons being a joke of a team, people are starting to think that the Albies-Melancon connection might be the best tandem in the city of Atlanta.

Well, Atlanta’s football team may be choke artists, but their baseball team looks like they have some real magic. If the same bullpen pitcher catching a home run from the same player back-to-back day isn’t a sign of something, I don’t know what is. Time to load up on those Atlanta Braves futures, folks.
