I’ll admit, I’m a sucker for corny sports hype videos. So when I say the Black 7 Studios nailed it with their latest video comparing Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes to King Kong vs. Godzilla, maybe you can take it with a grain of salt.

But c’mon, this is pretty sick.

Patrick Mahomes vs. Tom Brady in the Super Bowl is the matchup we all deserve after this disaster that was 2020. It’s literally the GOAT playing against the one man who can potentially overtake him at some point way down the line.

This Super Bowl may be the greatest matchup of quarterbacks we have ever seen. Brady vs. Mahomes is right up there with Elway vs. Montana, Brees vs. Manning, Bradshaw vs. Staubach, Bart Starr vs. Len Dawson, and Montana vs. Marino. This is two men who should have spots in Canton after their playing days are over. It’s hard not to get excited about a matchup like this.

Patrick Mahomes knows he has a long way to go before he passes Tom Brady in terms of accolades, and he has the utmost respect for the Bucs QB.

“It seems like every single year he’s just getting better. It truly is amazing to watch,” Mahomes said via NFL.com. “And it’s amazing to go up against, cause you know you’re going up against the best.”

Hopefully the Mahomes-Brady matchup lives up to the billing. It should be one hell of a game.
