Kyler Murray Reportedly May Force His Way Out Of Arizona

Kyler Murray wanted to get paid, and his agent let the world know all about it.

Now Kyler Murray’s future as an Arizona Cardinal appears to be up in the air in a major way. The QB could force the Cardinals’ hand if a certain timeline isn’t met.

According to Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer, Murray has a certain timeline in mind as to when he wants his new contract to be resolved.

If Arizona doesn’t put a new contract on the table prior to the 2022 NFL Draft, Murray could put something of his own on the table, a trade request out of Arizona.

“The Kyler Murray situation has potential to get worse before it gets better. And it might not wind up getting better. Here’s the bottom line: Murray’s camp isn’t going to be content to wait until the summer to negotiate a new contract, which is essentially where Arizona was with its franchise quarterback when it was approached about the contract after the season. My understanding is Murray wants this resolved between now and the draft for a couple of reasons.”

The first sign Kyler wanted to get paid was when he scrubbed all Cardinals references from his Instagram back in early February.

Murray then also unfollowed the team’s official account on both Twitter and Instagram.

Whomever is advising Kyler Murray should get canned. How about trying to do things the right way, rather than playing petty Social Media games.

Add that to his absolute stinker he posted in his last game and you have a recipe for disaster.
