We’ve heard of some weird pregame rituals before, but what Karl-Anthony Towns revealed today may just take the cake.

When speaking to reporters, the T-Wolves star admitted that he watches gorillas fighting to the death to amp him up prior to a big game.

Karl-Anthony Towns has been called out for playing a lil soft despite his tremendous skill in the past, so maybe he figures he’ll get rid of that label by watching gorillas kill each other, I don’t know.

Since he began with the Timberwolves, they’ve lurked near the cellar of the Western Conference. But with the emergence of DeAngelo Russell and Anthony Edwards, the T-Wolves are hoping to turn the corner soon.

In order to reach their goals, they’ll need Karl-Anthony Towns to be dominant in 2021. And maybe the weird gorillas ritual will somehow help him get there.
