Jimmy Graham Not Happy With COVID Protocols, ‘Confused’ By New Rules

Chicago Bears veteran tight end Jimmy Graham had no intention of getting the COVID-19 vaccine.

But after the NFL made new rules putting teams with unvaccinated players at a disadvantage, Graham felt he was ‘forced’ into taking the shot.

Now that the new Delta variant is posing a new challenge to the NFL, they sent out a memo to teams, increasing some protocols and implementing new fines.

Needless to say, Jimmy Graham isn’t a fan of any of that.

Jimmy Graham would elaborate on his take.

“I’ve done everything I’ve been asked and now Feel like I’m being punished,” he wrote on Twitter.  “If I miss a test that your proposing everyday I’ll be fined a max 150k! How does this make sense. How’s the punishment 100x worse than last year and I’m vaccinated now?”

Jimmy Graham is just the latest guy on a long list of NFL players who aren’t too happy with the NFL’s rules as it pertains to COVID.

It seems like the NFL just doesn’t really care what the players who don’t agree with the protocols think. Roger Goodell and co. are going to do everything in their power to make this NFL season run without too much interruption from COVID.

And if players like Jimmy Graham don’t like some of the rules being put in place, they’re likely going to have to deal with it.
