Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson was dominating headlines early in the offseason after demanding to be traded. And then, everything change.

After a plethora of massage therapists have accused Watson of sexual assault, he will now hope that he’ll even be allowed to play in the NFL this season. Obviously, interested teams are now wary of acquiring Watson amid his legal troubles.

Despite everything, Deshaun Watson reportedly still wants to be traded away from Houston.

The Texans organization has been relatively mum on the Deshaun Watson allegations, but they have filled spots in their quarterback room.

Houston signed Tyrod Taylor and also drafted Stanford’s Davis Mills in the third round. Even without saying much, the Texans definitely appear to be preparing for a future without Deshaun Watson.

Now the question becomes, which team will take a chance on Deshaun? He’s still one of the very best players in the entire NFL, and he has not been reprimanded by the league yet. Will a team see the upside as a big enough reason to trade for a guy who is currently fighting over 20 sexual assault lawsuits?

Time will tell.
