Bill Belichick Does Not Look Impressed At Mac Jones’ Pro Day

It has been reported that Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots are interested in moving up in the NFL Draft in order to take Alabama quarterback Mac Jones.

Sure enough, Belichick and the Patriots’ brass is in attendance for Jones’s Pro Day today. However, Bill didn’t look too amused when Mac airmailed a throw during his session.

It is widely expected that Trevor Lawrence and Zach Wilson will go #1 and #2 respectively in the NFL Draft. After that, it’s anyone’s best guess which QB will come off the board next.

Mac Jones, Trey Lance, and Justin Fields could all go to San Francisco at #3, and other teams will undoubtedly try to move up the board in order to take a QB.

Based on Bill Belichick’s reaction, he might be changing his mind on Mac Jones. I doubt there’s that much stake in the Pro Day to where the Pats will either go all-in or all-out on Jones, though. We’ll just have to wait and see how the draft shakes out. It should be a fun one.
