Former New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez is really feeling himself following his big 46th birthday celebration. The former athlete is feeling good after a new lease on life and some very fresh energy, according to his Instagram Story. But before your mind goes straight to the gutter, that “big D” energy is not what you think it is.

“Stepping out with the big D energy,” Alex wrote in his August 1 post alongside a picture of himself. “Determined, darling & dapper AF…” In the pic posted.
