O day 2 of the NFL Draft there was an extremely viral moment as  the  Jacksonville Jaguars were on the clock.

Prior to their pick being announced, a hot blonde jumping up and down was in the frame, she was clearly very excited to be there. The hot blonde ended up being identified as the wife of Joe Exotic’s lawyer John M. Phillips.
