Eli Manning Goes Undercover When He Tries Out For Penn State Football Team as ‘Chad Powers’

Eli Manning is a man of many talents.

The former New York Giants QB is back on the ManningCast this year alongside his brother Peyton, but that’s not all he’s up to, in fact he’s doing some serious wig work. Eli’s ESPN+ show titled Eli’s Places is releasing new episodes as the year goes along and on Monday they dropped a particularly hilarious video of Eli attempting to try out for the Penn State football team as a walk-on. His alias was Chad Powers and he sported a flowing head of hair. Eli donned a wig and I’m pretty sure some prosthetics to go undercover during what appeared to be an actual walk-on tryout for the Nittany Lions.

Now that is great content.

Eli Manning played for the New York Giants for 16 seasons and won two Super Bowls. Following both wins, he was also won the Super Bowl MVP award.

He was initially selected first overall in the 2004 NFL Draft by the San Diego Chargers but was then traded to the Giants. Manning was the Giants’ starting quarterback from 2004 to 2019. He holds the franchise records for passing yards, touchdown passes, and completions. He ranks eighth all-time in passing yards and ninth in touchdown passes.

Truly a legend on and off the field.
