Michael Jordan Donates $10M to Open Two Health Care Clinics in His Hometown

Former NBA  star Michael Jordan is giving back to where it all began, his hometown of Wilmington, North Carolina. The basketball legend is donating $10M USD to help aid in launching two medical clinics in North Carolina. The Novant Health clinics are expected to open in early 2022 within underprivileged communities, near Jordan’s hometown of Wilmington.

Jordan also recently donated $7M USD with the Jumpman Brand to open the Michael Jordan Family Clinics within Charlotte which have been on the forefront on administering COVID-19 vaccines.
