Bruce Arians Reportedly Could Step Down As Head Coach Of The Buccaneers If They Win Super Bowl

Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians has been praised for bringing a high-octane offense to the Buccaneers. In Tom Brady’s first year with the team, Arians and the Bucs are in Super Bowl LV. Being as the team was 7-9 last year, it has been a sharp turnaround.

While it seams like Tom Brady isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, Bruce Arians might be.

According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, Arians might step sown as head coach if the team wins the Super Bowl.

“CBS’ Jason La Canfora reported that if TB wins, Bruce Arians could step aside to allow Todd Bowles become the Bucs head coach,” New York Post sports media columnist Andrew Marchand tweeted out on Sunday.

It would be a little bit of a surprise to see Bruce Arians leave the Tampa Bay Buccaneers regardless of whether they win or lose in the Super Bowl. If he were to leave, it would really become Tom Brady’s team.

Sure, Todd Bowles could become head coach and take care of everything on the defensive side of the ball. But it would be Tom Brady’s team. Even more so than it is now.

I don’t think Bruce Arians is really thinking about his future much right now, though. He has a game to win.
