Tom Brady Calling Tampa Bay Buccaneers Plays Per Coach Bruce Arians

Things with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are getting a little hairy. When quarterback Tom Brady decided to leave the Patriots after 20 years with the same organization, people wondered how he’d fare without legendary coach Bill Belichick. Things between Tom and his new coach Bruce Arians have been dicey to say the least. It feels like the two are just not on the same page. When the Bucs lose, Arians hasn’t been afraid to call out Brady for his mistakes.

Now there’s a report quoting Arians saying that Brady is calling his own plays.

Bruce Arians told NFL insider Michael Silver that Brady is the one calling the plays.

Catering to arguably the greatest QB of all time isn’t a bad thing.

In 12 games with the Bucs, Brady has amassed 3,300 passing yards, 28 touchdown passes and 11 interceptions. The numbers rank him second in the league in yards passing, fourth in touchdowns and first in completions, but if you’re watching Tom in his bad games, he looks pretty pedestrian. Brady ranks outside the top-10 in the league in yards per pass attempt and completion percentage.

Father time remains undefeated, no matter how pliable or handsome you are.
