The Viral Tom Brady Video Has Been Outed As Fake

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady riled up his fans recently when he posted a video of himself throwing a ball into an electric passing machine.

To the naked eye, it looked like Brady’s incredible accuracy was on full display.

But because we can never just have cool things, the truthers had to do some digging to see if Tom Brady actually did this, or if it was some sort of crazy edit job.

Unfortunately, it appears that the video was faked.

“Monday Morning Quarterback’s” Albert Breer claims he was told the video was fake.

“I think that’s fake,” Breer wrote. “In fact, I was told it is. But for it to be fake … (expletive), did the editor freaking crush it.”

Yahoo Sports’ Sam Cooper also chimed in with a detailed explanation on why there is a slim chance that Tom Brady actually pulled off the stunt.

“Not only is the level of precision Brady needed to make those throws virtually unattainable, it’s not how a Jugs machine works,” Cooper wrote. “To get the Jugs machine to send the ball back your way, it needs to be loaded from the backside. Not to mention, the machine needs somebody to manually push the ball through (at least it did when I played high school football 10-plus years ago).”

Tom Brady will probably never reveal if he used his pull to figure out a way to fabricate this video. So for now, I’m just gonna give the guy the benefit of the doubt.

I’m fully done questioning what Tom Brady can or can’t do on a football field.
