• Batts kept his plans to move to Florida quiet, secretly filing for divorce and shipping his Porsche to Palm Beach before leaving on a red-eye flight last month
• The two met on sugar daddy website Seeking Arrangement, where Uchitel’s profile touts herself as having ‘high class discretion’
• The 45-year-old’s profile also contains a gift list that stretches to 48 items, including Prada purses, Dior sunglasses and a $109 bouquet of roses
• Since joining in November, she has made at least two ‘arrangements’ with men she has met on the site – one being Batts
