Somebody Found the Fan that Flipped Over the Railing at the Home Run Derby

The Home Run Derby on Monday night was chock full of action on and off the field, but mostly in the bleachers. If you tuned in on Monday night, chances are you witnessed that crazy fan who flipped over the railing at Coors field.
