New York Rangers Fans Are Lashing Out At Owner James Dolan After He Fired The Team’s President And GM

New York Knicks and Rangers owner James Dolan might be one of the most unpopular guys in all of sports. His most recent move will not help that whatsoever.

After the Rangers released a statement to condemn Capitals’ forward Tom Wilson, Dolan made the decision to fire the team’s president John Davidson and general manager Jeff Gorton. While the Rangers said the timing was just a coincidence, many weren’t buying it.

James Dolan’s move to fire Davidson and Gorton amid what appears to be a successful rebuild for the Rangers drew the ire of fans, who already have a distaste for their owner.

James Dolan certainly doesn’t have his fan base on his side for this move. But as he’s proven time and time again, he doesn’t care about that at all.

The man is going to continue to run his teams “his way”, even if that way really sucks.
