Deshaun Watson is going to have to find another home, because Miami isn’t it.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter confirmed the Dolphins have officially moved on from Watson. According to Schefty, the Dolphins did their due diligence on the lawsuit riddled QB, and they ‘will not make a trade for’ him. Dolphins owner Stephen Ross ultimately made the final decision not to move forward.
Schefter noted the Dolphins are now all in on Tua.
Although the Dolphins did due diligence on Deshaun Watson and had conversations with Houston, Miami will not make a trade for the QB, per source. Dolphins’ owner Stephen Ross, who had contingencies that needed to be met for any deal, made the final decision to not move forward.

While Miami considered bringing in Deshaun Watson, no deal ever was in place and the Dolphins will stick with Tua Tagovailoa, a young QB who has shown improvement this year.

#Texans QB Deshaun Watson not settling his legal situation has resulted in him not getting traded, source said. Watson will stay put in Houston until the offseason.

The biggest snag in the whole deal was Watson settling his sexual assault lawsuits. As of today no settlements are happening.
Texans, Dolphins have held trade discussions regarding three-time Pro Bowl quarterback Deshaun Watson for months and chances of a deadline deal are regarded as unlikely at this time, per league sources. If nothing changes today, talks can be revisited in offseason

Once Watson can settle his lawsuits, I’m pretty sure a few teams would be interested.
Until then it sounds like way too much baggage for any one franchise to take on.
