Winner winner chicken dinner for Matthew Stafford.
The Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl winning Quarterback is entering the final year of his contract with the Los Angeles Rams. Stafford is set to make $23 million, which includes his base salary, roster and workout bonuses. Now it appears the Rams are going to reward Stafford for his amazing championship season.
Stafford’s new deal could reportedly be around $45 million a year, which would be a significant raise.
The Rams are hoping it’s more on the low end of $35 million a season, still a nice raise.

The Rams bet big on Stafford and it paid off. Plus they were able to get rid of Goff’s contract, which is also a huge win.
Stafford won a ring at the most opportune time, and now it’s going to make him even richer.
Goes to show you just how bad the Lions are that they couldn’t win a single playoff game with Stafford under center.
