Baseballs come at you hard and fast, and sometimes you can get hit right where it hurts. Kevin Pillar was struck in the face by a 94 MPH pitch and was leaking a ton of blood. Pillar was the victim of a scary play involving just that. Standing in the batter’s box in the 7th inning, the New York Mets outfielder took a 94 MPH Jacob Webb pitch to the face.

Immediately, blood started pouring out of his nose.

Pillar was able to walk off the field under his own power, and he didn’t look too shaken.

Hoping Pillar can make a quick recovery, that one is definitely going to leave a mark.
