Baseballs come at you hard and fast, and sometimes you can get hit right where it hurts. Kevin Pillar was struck in the face by a 94 MPH pitch and was leaking a ton of blood. Pillar was the victim of a scary play involving just that. Standing in the batter’s box in the 7th inning, the New York Mets outfielder took a 94 MPH Jacob Webb pitch to the face.
Immediately, blood started pouring out of his nose.
