Karl-Anthony Towns Reflects On Mother’s Passing, Thanks Fans For Support

Karl-Anthony Towns’ mother Jaqueline Cruz-Towns passed away earlier in the year due to complications after contracting the COVID-19 virus. At the time, the Minnesota Timberwolves released this statement.

Karl-Anthony Towns broke his silence today. He released this video on his Twitter account.

“I am the most like her out of anyone,” KAT says. “I could never replace her. She was everything to all of us. But, the least I could do is pick up some of her pieces.”
