Johnny Manziel Eyeing A Return For “Fan Controlled Football” League

Money Manziel is back?

According to TMZ, Manziel is close to signing with new “Fan Controlled Football” league that is set to debut in 2021.

In this league, fans are heavily involved in the decision making process, and even get to pick the plays. Maziel appears to have some celebrity company, as the likes of Quavo, Marshawn Lynch, and Mike Tyson have all signed on to be team owners in the FCF.

Johnny Maziel even took to social media to claim that he’ll be starting quarterback for comedian Bob Menery’s Zappers team.

“Currently the starting QB of [Bob Menery’s Zappers]. Time to tear old town down in my owners honor.”

I have so many questions about hoe Fan Controlled Football would even work. Apparently, it’ll be airing on the streaming service Twitch, but how would fans relay what play they want to see. Would it be like Madden, and you could just vote on which play you want to see? If so, Johnny Manziel would pass the ball on every single snap.

That could be kind of dope, I guess. We’ll see if this whole Maziel comeback actually comes to fruition.
