NBA Fans Are Horrified By The Revelation That Jason Kidd Made The Bucks Practice On Christmas

It’s no secret that Jason Kidd wasn’t really a “player’s coach” during his time with the Milwaukee Bucks. But the latest anecdote of his Bucks tenure is leaving fans calling for his head.

In Giannis Antetokounmpo’s biography, which was recently released, he detailed the Bucks days when Kidd was the head coach.

According to the book, when the Bucks had a disappointing loss shortly before Christmas, Jason Kidd rounded up the team to let them know they were having an impromptu practice on Christmas Eve.

Obviously this left players upset.

After the excerpt was spread all over social media, fans swarmed with a bunch of hate talk for the new Mavericks head coach, Jason Kidd.

Honestly, I don’t really think Jason Kidd holding a morning practice on Christmas Eve is the end of the world.

All the Bucks players were likely back home for Christmas dinner, and they were there to give the kids presents and do the whole thing the following morning.

People are continuously looking for a reason to throw the old-school mentality out the window with the new-age bringing on a more player friendly coaching atmosphere.

It’ll be interesting to see if Jason Kidd changes his approach with the Mavs.
