Le’Veon Bell Is Hinting That He’s Going to the Kansas City Chiefs

Le’Veon Bell is finally free. Free of Adam Gase and the worst ran organization in the NFL (and it isn’t really close). After given his outright release, Bell must feel relief, but he also has a pretty strong market for his services.

At the top of the list of potential suitors is the Kansas City Chiefs. Andy Reid and the reigning Super Bowl champs may be the perfect landing spot for the disgruntled running back. It’s reported that the Chiefs are among three “finalists” to land Le’veon Bell.

Not only that, but Bell has apparently been eyeing some of his potential teammates on social media. He recently followed rookie running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire on Instagram (who he would be sharing a backfield with).

People seem to think that Bell would fit just fine in Kansas City’s high-octane offense. i mean, how much star power could be loaded up on one team?

The only potential snag in this deal is how Le’Veon Bell would handle the situation in Kansas City. We know that he wasn’t happy with his usage in New York, which ultimately led to his release. The Chiefs also have a very good young running back in Clyde Edwards-Helaire. He won’t be an every down back.

I think Bell will be just fine with it, though. He’d be going to a team with one of the best offenses we’ve ever seen, and he’d be playing for a ring. Quite the change from dealing with Adam Gase. If Le’veon’s Instagram is any indication, he’s fine sharing running back duties with Edwards-Helaire. That tandem would be lethal.
